GCP LCC Webinar: Update on Monarch Butterfly Conservation Initiatives that Include the GCP Region

The April 1st Webinar features Monarch Butterfly and Pollinator News.  In the past six months, many resources have been organized to support conservation targeted at Monarch Butterfly conservation.  Julie McIntyre, Ph.D. is Ecologist & Pollinator Coordinator/Monarch Lead for the US Fish & Wildlife Service Southwest Region.  She will describe current federal, state and NGO activities and news of interest to GCP LCC partners regarding these conservation efforts.  Specifically, she will present the Proposed Conservation Investment Portfolio for Monarch Butterflies and the Southwest Region (R2) Monarch Conservation Strategy.
